Duluth Township's Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP)
has been approved by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency and is now available for public comment. The public comment period is open until January 12, 2009. Links below will lead you to the draft plan and to more information about SWPPPs and how to comment on them.
