Meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. The posted agenda for this meeting is:
1. Personnel – All wage changes effective September 8, 2005.

a. Clerk: Will now be salaried; $900.00 per month which includes, clerk hours in the office, required clerk meetings.
i. Special or Extra meetings $35.00 per meeting
ii. Elections $10.00 per hour
b. Treasurer
i. Remind board for a percentage raise at the Annual Budget meeting.
c. Wayne
i. Reevaluate at the Annual Budget meeting
d. Supervisor
i. May submit for an hourly rate if work necessitates.
ii. Training is worth per meeting fee.
e. Sextant
i. No increase
f. Straight Salary personnel (current flat rate fee): $10.00 per hour.
i. Election Judges
ii. Assistant Administrator
iii. Recycling

2. Summary of the Zoning Ordinance effectuated at the August 11, 2005 Board Meeting

a. Corlis West made a motion to approve the summary of the zoning ordinance known as number 3, to be published in the Duluth News Tribune, Wendy Anderson seconded. Motion passed.

3. Tax Forfeit Land

a. This letter will not be sent to the county commissioner.
b. Letter is to go to St. Louis County Land Department Dave Epperly 320 W 2nd Street Room 607 Duluth, MN 55802.

4. Information Request from the office of McGladrey and Pullen

a. Wendy will contact Randy Johnson from McGladrey and Pullen.
